  2. Thanks. Yes I did make them. After using so much straw on full-size hats, I thought I would make smaller ones. Making the smaller hats give me the opportunity to experiment with making various shapes. Also, I use the smaller hats as fascinators.

  3. Lee, they look so very beautiful! You have a soul of an artist an a hand of a pro!
I have stopped to wish you wonderful and prosperous Happy New Year! Let every wish you have in your heart become true with a stroke of a midnight. :-))) Thank you so very much for your wonderful comment in my Blog and so sorry I could not visit you sooner: my Christmas was very eventful. :-))) Starting form very unexpected wonderful house guests to snow storm accompanied by electrical loss and spending Christmas Eve in ER being treated for infection which I got hours earlier from being bitten by a very sick kitten whom we wanted to rescue. Hoping your Holiday Season is filled with wonderful friends, laughter, gifts, family and everything good.:-)

  4. Thanks Anya,

I'm so sorry about your Christmas eve events. I hope you're much better. I had a great Christmas; I finally made the perfect gumbo! Lots of laughter, good food.... I'm glad that you had wonderful guests visiting you for the holiday; that's always great.

May you have a wonderful New Year, and if it's possible, a more creative year, topped with good health for you and your family.

    God bless you,

    Lee

  6. Lee, it is me again. I just wanted to thank you on your wonderful and supportive comment under my Best of 2010 post. I felt so lost that Sunday, so ...just terrible. It is hard to have faith in yourself sometimes. Your words ment a world to me!
